Return Policy

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • In the event that return orders contain missing items, which refers to cases where customers assert they've returned multiple products but our actual pickup does not reflect all the specified items, the company retains the authority to deduct an amount equivalent to the full Manufacturer's Retail Price of the missing product from the refund amount. This policy extends to promotional products, encompassing items such as but not confined to complimentary gifts.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special discounts or gift cards.


Refund Policy

  • Upon initiating a return request for any product, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@peppily.in.

  • A return pickup convenience fee of INR 100 (One Hundred Rupees only) will be deducted.


Return Process

  • You can use our self-service returns option by clicking the link. Customers will log in using a one-time code sent to their email. Once logged in, you will be automatically redirected to the orders page. From there, create a return request to proceed. Alternatively you can write to us at care@peppily.in.

  • In cases where certain pin codes do not support return shipping services, you may be requested to utilize an alternative courier like India Post. For pin codes that are non-serviceable, the responsibility for returning the jewelry to our warehouse falls upon you.

  • If you receive an empty parcel, missing items or a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. We'll require a 360-degree unpacking video for further processing.

  • You can always contact us for any return question at care@peppily.in.


Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Damaged goods will be refunded without any additional return charges; however, we will need a 360-degree unpacking video for verification.
